Terms of Service

1. Adults only — 18+
POP OFF LIVE is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. We collect your date of birth at signup and refuse accounts for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete it.
By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you gave us is true.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your password, and everything done while signed in as you. Keep your password to yourself. One person, one account — do not impersonate anyone else, and do not pick a handle meant to mislead people about who you are.
Handles, display names, bios, and profile customization must follow the conduct rules below.
3. Every upload is approved by the owner first
Nothing you upload is public right away. Every video goes into the owner's approval queue, and the owner (Garry) personally reviews it before it can appear in the feed, on a profile, or anywhere else on POP OFF LIVE. The owner may approve, reject, or later remove any video, for any reason, without notice — including after it was approved.
Live rooms cannot be pre-approved, so they are watched under the moderation rules below and can be ended or restricted at any time.
4. Your content and the license you give us
You keep ownership of the videos, text, and other content you post. By posting it, you give POP OFF LIVE a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, host, stream, display, and promote that content as part of running and marketing the service (for example, showing your public video in the feed, on a share page, or in a POP OFF LIVE promo). That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by others outside our control and routine backup copies that age out.
Only post content you created or have the right to post. Do not upload other people's videos, music, or images without permission. We respond to copyright takedown requests — contact us at garryd2027@gmail.com.
5. The Private Sector
The Private Sector is a members-only area of the app. The owner personally decides who is admitted and can revoke anyone's access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Members cannot admit, invite, or sponsor anyone into the Private Sector — invitations to POP OFF LIVE join the public app only.
Private Sector content is for admitted members only. There is no share button, no link, and no download for it, and you agree not to copy, record, screenshot for redistribution, or pass Private Sector content to anyone outside the sector. (We are honest about the limits of technology: we remove every built-in sharing path, but we cannot stop someone filming a screen with another device — if you do that, your access will be revoked and your account may be closed.)
Private Sector uploads go through the same owner approval as everything else, and the owner can see Private Sector content for moderation and safety.
6. Coins, gifts, and host earnings
Coins are a virtual item used inside POP OFF LIVE. Sending a gift to a host is voluntary — nobody has to send one, and watching is always free. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and (except where the law requires it) are not refundable once spent.
When a viewer sends a gift, the host earns 70% of the gift's value as points and the platform keeps 30%. Points are an internal balance. Turning points into money (cash-out) arrives with the payments phase of the app, under the payout terms published at that time — until then, points stack up in your wallet and carry no cash value. Do not rely on points as income.
Never buy coins anywhere except inside the official app or website. Gifts or coin deals arranged off-platform are scams we cannot protect you from.
7. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not post, stream, or send: sexual content involving anyone under 18 (this is reported to the authorities — zero tolerance, no warnings); sexual content presented as non-consensual; threats, stalking, or harassment; hate content targeting protected groups; graphic violence or content celebrating it; scams, spam, or phishing; personal information about other people (doxxing); or anything illegal where you are or where we operate.
Do not try to break, scrape, overload, or get around the security or access rules of the service — including trying to reach Private Sector or unapproved content you are not allowed to see.
Live rooms are public broadcasts. Room hosts may remove viewers, and the owner may monitor rooms for safety.
8. Reports, blocks, and moderation
Every video, profile, room, and comment can be reported in the app, and you can block any member — blocking is instant, mutual between you two, and hides you from each other across the app.
We review reports in the owner's moderation queue. We may remove content, end rooms, suspend, or close accounts that break these terms, at our discretion. Serious or illegal content is acted on first.
9. Closing accounts
You can delete your account at any time from your page in the app (My Page → Danger Zone). Deletion ends your account immediately: your sign-in is destroyed, your identity is scrubbed, your messages are deleted, and your profile disappears. Your videos are held privately for 30 days for safety and recovery, then permanently erased. Your email is released; your handle is retired and cannot be taken by anyone else. Gifts you sent or received are removed from the ledger with your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may discontinue the service itself with reasonable notice where we can give it.
10. The service, as-is
POP OFF LIVE is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we do not promise it will never go down, never have bugs, or that content posted by members is accurate, legal, or safe to rely on. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (which, for audience members, is usually nothing).
POP OFF LIVE has no ads and we intend to keep it that way. Revenue features for hosts (boosts, Host Pro, cosmetics) launch in later phases under their own terms when they arrive.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app grows. When we make a change that matters, we will note it here with a new date. Continuing to use POP OFF LIVE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
